I dislike the injury for Wentz the player.

As for its ramifications to the Eagles, I can't say I fell sorry for them.

It's not like most of them cared when Irvin was knocked out and could never play again, or Romo was injured.

You can tear an ACL completely, and walk fine on it with minimal swelling and pain. If it is a complete tear.

If they think he tore it, he probably tore it. The 2 special tests that check for ACL ruptures are extremely obvious and specific for a tear, I assure you.

If you read my prior post - I felt bad for Wentz the player and wish he played for anyone but the Eagles. What’s wrong with me enjoying them taking a serious hit to their SB chances?

But as a football fan, losing a player like Wentz, a "star" and possible MVP candidate hurts the overall game/product because who wants to watch a bunch of backups play?
