This team needs Tiki to have the monster season he had last year. With ever passing year, it becomes more unlikely that he will do that. He literally carried the offense last year. Even with that run attack, the passing game started to fall apart.

While I'm not a downstater, obviously I'm from New York state and I see more than enough of the giants. This team is full of whiners and cry babys who are constantly complaining about Coughlin. For a disciplinary, this guy sure cant keep any of these guys from running off at the mouth all the time.

While I;m not predicting it, if Tiki Barber suddenly realizes he's over thirty and cant apraoch the numbers he put up last year, this team could implode, its got quite a number of candidates that could turn sour and go in the tank while leaving Eli without a solid, and positive veteran prescence to lean on.

Exactly, if Barber doesnt put up numbers like he has been, the pressure on Eli is only bound to grow. I think coming into this season Manning feel that Tiki is going to be the beast he was last year. If Barber pulls short on his productivity, I can see Manning trying to do too much with the ball which will eventually lead a downhill season. And when you have a turd on your team like Shockey who cant keep his mouth shut, things are going to seem way worst than they are.
