He cranked up his total pressures by nearly 40%, going from 43 in 2023 to 60 in 2024; a number bested only by the Broncos’ Zach Allen and the Chiefs’ Chris Jones.

Oh, and about those critics who said he couldn’t get home? Odighizuwa reached the quarterback far more than in the past. He directly helped take the QB to the ground seven times. His 4.5 sacks on the season were a career high, and stemmed from two solo takedowns and being a part of five group sacks.

Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett growing frustrated could help the Dallas Cowboys shock the football world with a blockbuster trade.

The Dallas Cowboys’ offseason has arrived, which means it’s time for fans of "America’s Team'' to lay claim to other teams’ stars in football’s version of Manifest Destiny.

This time around, the Dallas faithful have their eyes set on bringing Cleveland Browns edge rusher Myles Garrett back home. Frustrated with the Browns – still drafting in the top five nearly a decade after taking Garrett with the first pick in 2017 – the superstar has suggested that he needs to see a reasonable path to success. Quarterback Deshaun Watson’s contract might not make that possible.

He is arguably the best defensive player in the NFL (this side of Micah, of course.) And the Cowboys, no matter what the naysayers whine about, can afford whatever the price tag is. ... via their $100 million potential cap room.

Virtually any other offseason exercise is more worthwhile than wishing upon a star for a future Hall of Famer, but the idea of Parsons and Garrett together – with a ball-hawking secondary and franchise quarterback carrying their weight – is enticing enough to daydream about as more fortunate teams get the thrill of January football.

I think Licciardi is seasoning his pasta with peyote.

Well if he comes here he better spray himself from head to toe with WD40 because he'll be held with impunity as a Cowboy. At least he's somewhat accustomed to that having played the Steelers twice a year. :muttley: :(

What are you guys gonna learn that these are not stories created by the Dallas Cowboys or the front office or anyone else,

these are more stories to get ratings and click bait and to make you guys click on it share it the Cowboys are connected to every free agent and every draft pick and every move the NFL has ever made they always link it to Dallas Cowboys, because that is how you get content created for rankings and clicks and all the nonsense..
why are we debating this most likely it's not goanna happen,
I don't see the Cleveland Browns want to eat that kind of money to get rid of him to eat 35 million to save 16,000,000 I don't see it happening and if it does it's probably to a team that really needs a #1 pass rusher and that are closer to getting over the top than the Cowboys are so this is a non-story in every sort of way although one of these days Jerry's going to shock us and make a trade like this and it's going to come out of nowhere but this isn't probably going to be the one it's probably not even a real story I mean Garrett probably doesn't want to leave Cleveland people are making it up and then it becomes a story if you add the Dallas Cowboys name in it and everyone takes the bait...

Bookend DE's of Garrett and Micah while picking up some explosive players like Jeanty (IMO) would be huge.

Slow news day at the office.
Budget meeting and the editor speaks: We need something juicy for a front-page story. What yall got?
One reporter: We could speculate who will be the Bears next coach.
Editor: Naw. Already done.
Another reporter: We could speculate who will be the Steelers next coach should they lose to the Ravens Saturday.
Editor: Tomlin's not going anywhere.
Reporter Anthony Licciardi: Well, we could speculate Myles Garrett to the Cowboys in a blockbuster trade.
Editor: The Cowboys? America's Team? Superstar Myles Garrett? In a trade?
Editor: Get 'er done!
Licciardi: I'm on it!

So there can be gold mining of goldfish now...still a Cowboys' fan. Watching.
I had a goldfish named Willie once . . . when he died, I flushed him so he could keep swimming. I watched him 'til he disappeared.
