Should D-Law be added to the Ring of Honor?

Resounding no. What has he accomplished to be added? He can however be added to the Hot Boyz ring of unfulfilled hype if he wishes.

The members of the ROH all seem to satisfy at least one of two criteria:

Was this member a record-setting generational player recognized as one of the best in the league during his time?

Did this member consistently make historic plays during championship runs that the entire league considers iconic?

Most members satisfied both criteria.

Demarcus Lawrence was a very good player for the Cowboys, but he does not satisfy either criterion.

Wow...RJ Ochoa should lose some credibility for ever writing that blog, asking the question, and giving a dumb comment by Jerry any validity.

DLaw is nowhere close to ring of honor level, and he is the type of guy who if he were to ever make it completely invalidates the entire ROH.

He probably spent too much time with David Irving and Randy Gregory.

Please give your thoughts
The last 3 cowboys players to make the ROH were Woodson, Larry Allen (R.I.P), and Demarcus Ware. The next 3 to get in will probably be Tyron Smith, Martin, and Jason Witten.

Pretty much answers your question.

His best shot would have been if they had won a Superbowl in like 2017 or 2018. In that scenario they probably put him in the ROH as basically the defensive captain and defensive lead.

I'm not sure due to the way he left this team, tenure shouldn't qualify you automatically to be there either, but who knows!! Please give your thoughts

You seem like a good guy, but, uh...have you been smoking a certain plant today?
