Not at 4. The draft is also about value. No need to reach if you can trade down and still get the player while gaining extra picks.

There's a lot of interest in Spence.

There might be a lot of interest in Spence. Just like there might be a lot of interest in Paxton Lynch and some other players. They apparently have interest in Doctson from TCU too.

But in all three of those situations, these guys aren't slated to go around where the Cowboys are picking. So what's likely happening here is the Cowboys are doing their work in case a trade presents itself that then puts these players in play. So sure, they may love Spence, but he's a guy that interests them greatly if they can slide back into the early teens but not at 4.

Tampa is really looking hard at Spence. That's where he ends up.

He wants to be drafted by the Broncos or the Seahawks. o_O

Besides, didn't we draft a dope smoking great pass rusher last year? What happen there?
Wasn't Bosa allegedly suspended for smoking too and that's a popular pick people have us making so whats really the difference?

Spence actually turned his life around. He's really impressing clubs with what he has to say about his experience.

No. It would be a huge reach at 4, especially with his issues and there's better players at that spot.

Other than Bosa being a better prospect?
This is up for debate by many people or else it wouldn't even be a story. If Bosa was soo much better I wouldn't even make this point and only reason some think he is a better prospect is schools even though at one point they both went to the same school.

Oh ok, that's the only reason people think he's better. I thought it was because he had a better motor, better rush moves, more versatility, better size, better short area explosion, is stronger... You know, one of those reasons. Or maybe all of them.

Not the ole I can't read with understanding play? Smh. I said some which does not equal all. This better motor, better rush moves, more versatility, better size, better short area explosion, is stronger etc only equals to a player that some seem to see as a guy who can't even get 10 sacks a season in the nfl? Yeah soooo much more talent. We won't know for sure until they both get in the league but I don't think its as big of a gulf as you seem to think.
