Need to see rico with more carries. Also need to see how he does in more pass pro sets, more routes. Next step is getting him 10ish touches

.....dont know about that. But Dowdle needs more reps.

This guy is always a step away from breaking a 70yd run.

Falling for the same crap that landed Pollard the RB1 role. We have a bunch of complementary backs that would thrive in such a role, no need to force them to be what they are not.

Dowdle runs with more power but he’s not a game changer. No one fears him. He hasn’t had a run over 10 yards. Pollard is a big play threat.
He was...then the injury, and being forced to carry a full load, which just about everyone knew he wasn't cut out for.

No one noticed the trend yet? The Cowboys don’t do well with former 2nd string RBs as full time starters. It started with Troy Hambrick, then Marion Barber, then Joseph Randle and now we have Tony Pollard. Just draft a new starting RB. We fare better that way.

Been telling everyone for years Pollard wouldn’t be as effective with a bigger load. He was much better when he was being kept fresh with limited carries. Still would rather have him playing ahead of Rico who hasn’t shown any big play ability.
