Should Ratliff and Spencer start when they come back?

If Spencer is ready to go he is an absolute lock as a starter.

We should hope he can get in some part time snaps this week and be ready for a bigger role in week 5, because Dallas will need him. That Denver offense has been unstoppable this season.

Rotation is a situational thing, if you have a average or below average defense you spend a lot of time on the field, so rotation is 60/40 deal between the starter and back-up. However; if you have a elite defense that produces a lot of short series, you can use you starters more like a 80/20 or better. keep your best people on the field as much as possible This scheme allows players to just flat tee off, don't write off our pro bowlers until they give it a try.;)

They need to enter the rotation and be eased into it. I think the Chiefs game was indicative of Spencer's need to get back into playing shape.

That said, I think Ratliff needs to be in on 3rd downs and sprinkled on 1st and 2nd downs, he can't play every down any longer.
