You likely aren't going to get much for him.

You also don't have a better option than him at this point either at RG. So if you are entertaining any hope they can still make a run at the playoffs, he likely has to stay. If you think it's time to blow this up, then sure, see what you can get.

Are we going to get a good return? If not, no. Pretty much zero cap savings based on how his contract is structured and we take a huge cap hit next year if we trade him now, which is spread out if he plays one more year which I think he will. Let's see how much of his play is injury related and how much is age related. It's not like this team has a glut of OL ready to step in this year and we can just trade off our starters. Now if you want to trade every single player who won't have a large role come 2026, then sure, but that isn't happening

Yes but they won’t. For him it would have to be to a contender

It’s pretty pointless on our end. Zero cap savings and likely a day three pick

They are 3-3 (fans know we likely struggl), but Jerry sees them making the playoffs

Yeah they wouldn’t get much for him anyway.

Plus our GM doesn’t trade players.
I'm all for trading away aging veterans, but the way they have handle the cap, makes it very difficult to make such a move. OL is always a position of need throughout the league, I'm pretty sure, we could get a day 2 pick if they traded him away.

Damaged or concerning issues, at this point. If he's gone, despite what we've seen from the group......it will just get uglier. Might as well charge the OL with assault & battery on our own QB and RBs.

Even if they should be, I don't see Dallas as a seller just yet.
Maybe if they are 3-5 before the deadline.

Honestly, what could they get for him with 11 weeks left in the season? The problem for Dallas is if he is not on the team and extended, which would be a huge mistake, it is going to cost them $27 million in dead money next year. If there is a reason why Dallas did not sign any free agents in 2024, Zack's dead money in 2025 is a big part of it.
