Should resign - 17,000,000 against cap
Tyron Smith
Jourdan Lewis
Jonathan Hankins
Trent Sieg

Extended - save 40,000,000 on cap
Prescott
Lamb

Restructure - save 45,000,000 on cap
Martin
Lawrence
Diggs
Steele
Cooks
Wilson

June 1st - save 9,500,000 on cap
Gallup

Cut - save 6,680,000 on cap
Vander Esch
Rush
Wright
Ball

This would give Dallas around 55 million for free agency. The Gallup money will help sign draft class.

Sign DT, Reader, impact player in the middle.
Sign CB Johnson, replacement for Gilmore.
Sign LB Wagner, one year bridge.
Sign WR Higgins, Cooks is now the 3rd.

Draft Jackson Powers-Johnson and LBers Edgerin Cooper and Cedrick Gray.

That would be a step forward.

Of course you want to get Micah and Lamb locked up, DAK taken care of. We've been known to focus more on our own guys instead of FA, I'd like to see us focus a little harder on signing outside players and have an actual plan to get the right players of need where we suffered at this past season. Please give your thoughts
This FO overvalues their own talent. So id prefer to not re-sign our own guys.

After 28 years, I would rather lose with new players than lose with the same players we already lost with, especially if it means paying them even more than they made when they helped the Cowboys lose.

At least adding new players provides hope and optimism.
You will get the chance to lose with both scenarios.

The only FA's Jerry will sign are past their prime and aren't difference makers or we will merely retain all our present personnel and they aren't difference makers either.

Pick your poison.
