I think if we can sign CJ Goodwin to a good deal, we should. He's excellent on ST.

Exactly, ST is an important side of the ball, and he's been a beast on that side of the ball. Keep CJ

No he was actually good. Probably the only player in the last few years who actually made plays on special teams. In addition, he did well on defense playing spy against the fast QBs, and is seemingly always inches away from blocking FGs

That he did. He's a quietly underrated player.

Yup, and Goodwin is one of those such players who excels at ST. He's one player that we should keep.

When you have a ST stud/ace, you keep him. We have that in Goodwin imo.

Also yes on how he's always so close to blocking field goals. If he continues to work on his timing, I think that he could be an ace at blocking field goals.

Yush, and I think the price will be right for him. ST aces don't usually get paid like most of the other parts of the team.

Agreed, and they've both been showing uses beyond just ST as well. Cedric Wilson became quite the weapon for us on offence, and Goodwin is not bad when put on defence as well.

Yeah he is great.

He was the "best" guy on one of the worst ST units I've ever witnessed in 2019.

Makes no difference whether he comes back or not.
