So sick of Deion.

----------

Deion Sanders has taken himself out of the Defending Dez role. Last week, Sanders told sports radio 680 The Fan (WCNN-AM) in Atlanta that he is still concerned about [Dez Bryant]. ... "I had to cut my umbilical cord with him because [there are] a lot of things people do not know about. I'm trying to open schools and trying to get these kids prepared for the future and I can't have that on my record, [people] saying that, 'How am I going to send my kids to your school and this is what you are turning out over here?' No, I am not turning that out over there. I have nothing to do with that, so I had to cut that cord because you can't keep doing the same old things that you've always done. You are going to get the same old things you've always got, so that's why I had to separate myself."

Wow, just wow. It's so obvious how self-centered he is. Has anyone noticed that the last thing out of his mouth in an interview is about money? When he is on NFL total access he's always talking about guys getting paid. I would never condone a player working with Deion. In my opinion he isn't a good influence. When Dez is in the pro bowl;Deion is going to talk about how great he is and start "mentoring" him again. This is actually good news for Dez.

Sounds like trouble but exactly what has Dez Bryant always done an always got ?

Good message Deion, letting the kids in your school know that if your too far gone that he will abandon you and walk away. Very good message primetime.

This all stems from Deion wanting Dez to sign a certain deal that he was connected with and Dez didnt do it. Deion is pissed and being a broad about it.

Deion has female tendencies.

I certainly don't trust Deion a lot but my ears perked up a little. I'm still willing to wait and see how he matures and develops as a player and a person.

Don't insult females. Deion is full of himself, an affliction that knows no gender.

That shoe deal is certainly part of the problem, but it seems to be more than meets the eye. He was very vague when explaining why he has distanced himself from Dez. I wonder what happened besides the Under Armour shoe thing.

I guess Deion couldn't get any more use of out Dez's celeb so he tossed him aside.

I agree. Something more personal than just the shoe thing happened.

But, Im going to believe in Dez and trust he will mature as a player and person.

Nice diversion.

Pacman gets in trouble and Deion is concerned about Dez.

This.

The more Deion speaks about various issues regarding players, the more and more you see him promoting himself and taking shots at those who might not have done his bidding.

Actually, I bet the shoe deal is all of it.

It's not because I'm enamored with Dez's talent.

Neon's was as enamoring as any in this gifted sport. At any position.

It's the constant need to bring up someone that you say you cut off.

It's so fishy and stinks of something that Deion wants to bring up that he shouldn't have done but did and didn't bank on.

That Dez removed himself on and did bank on.

The kid is done and moving on and saying nothing and keeping his nose clean from these guys that know the side business better than he does.

Dez, at this point. Practice hard and take care of your family.

I'm sure that's what is on your mind.

Don't ever forget it for the rest of your career and life.

Bless you and keep focus brother like you're doing.

These guys are looking for interest in their earlier investment.

You have paid most out but some unreasonable ones are still looking to get theirs. As unethical and knowingly so, they are looking.

Jerry knows everything and that is where he is good. Lol!

Take his advice, say nothing and focus, again!

I love Dez on the field, and I think Deion is as phony as a 3 dollar bill, but I bet there is plenty about Dez that we dont know about, and would not be happy if we did.

He's definitely distracting from the Pacman stuff. How can this guy continue to support a 6-7 time criminal and talk all of this crap about Dez? It's just more of a testament to the type of individual Deion is.

This is all about money. I have no doubt this is about the Under Armour deal. Deion's "academies" are sponsored by them. Plus, when was the last time a player "mentored" by Deion did anything of significance in the NFL?

Dez has never done something criminally wrong in his life. Perhaps still learning the ropes, but he's eager and smart. The mall thing was stupid. And the jewelry stuff was while he was in college and probably didn't know better. It's just the media going after a Dallas Cowboy trying to make him the next TO.

When Michael Irvin severs ties with Dez, then I'll be worried. And that isn't going to happen.
