Dallas - Terrell Owens, Terry Glenn, Patrick Crayton - If T.O. has as many drops as last year, this group falls out of the top 10.

so if he leads the league in TDs again, that doesn't matter?

ok

Understandable.

But I swear Calvin can catch a BB too, if you shot it at him.....while he was falling down forwards and reaching back.

Big Deal, that should not be a problem for Johnson, he has had plenty of practice.

That's about how he had to contort his body to catch most of Ball's pass attempts.:laugh2:

On paper Detroit has the best set of young receiving duo's in the NFL. Both guys haven't reached their prime yet... That's unbelievably scary!

What's it going to be then, eh?

Carolina - Steve Smith - Yes, there's only one guy here, but he's good enough to carry whoever the Panthers line up on the other side.

This is a joke--right?

Didn't Steve Smith single-handedly carry Delhomme to the probowl and Carolina to the playoffs in '06? I could have swore that happened. Oh well....

With a strong running game.

He can be neutralized. I think we have seen that first hand. And if he is, their WR corps is completely worthless.

Carolina's WR unit is not better with just him ranked alone over others.

This was about ranking the units. Not talking about individuals, was it not?

I was agreeing with you. None of things I mentioned happened.

I'd take Lions.

Calvin and Roy together are going to be sick.

Absolutely disgusting.

I suspect the Lions will be extremely dangerous with Martz at the helm and long term I'd prolly take them. RW has found a swagger now that is more than just talk. Calvin Johnson is a Randy Moss type talent without the lack of toughenss.

The Cards are very, very good as well but I need to see the all produce as well as Leinart to go that route.

I suspect the Dallas 3-some may very well lead the league in yardage and TDs.

Both WRs were over 1000 yards last year and they added Drew Bennett...they certainly deserve their ranking.

The offense they employ is pass happy which distorts their statistics to some degree. It will be interesting to see if they perform this year as you think they will. I am guessing that at the end of this season they will not be ranked as high as this poster has them.

they'll perform...and for the record I'll take holt over glenn any day. Shoot, i'd take Bruce at his prime over T.O. any time...:D I'm so trying to start something...ignore me...
