Sideline Drama started all the problems

To pretend the Packers haven't disappointed since 2010 is ridiculous. Everyone after 2010 thought Rodgers would have had a few rings by now.

They have collapsed too many times in the playoffs.

And no, not everyone is "good enough" with a supporting cast around them. You babble so much and it's due to your homerism.

My homerism? Of who? The Packers? You sound silly.

I'm not going to sit here and say moronic things like "Oh well Aaron only got 1 ring....".....what? That's moronic. That one ring is more than we have done since the mid 90's......

And yes everyone is good enough with a supporting cast around them. Go see Trent Dilfer, Joe Flacco, Eli Manning......and the long list of average quarterbacks with rings and supporting casts. You guys will do anything you can to revise history and make it like Romo was some outlier.

No, it's not "moronic" - it's playing directly into the point of the person you responded to.

And you are pointing out outliers - which again, is ridiculous. A Trent Dilfer winning a Super Bowl isn't all that common. We can go down the list of players who have failed even WITH a team around them.

The reasons why Joe Flacco and Eli Manning won Super Bowls is due to them actually having enough talent - they were good QBs at one point. That's why they won a Super Bowl. If Flacco didn't play unbelievably well in 2012 playoffs, Ravens do not win a Super Bowl. If Eli Manning doesn't make two of the best throws in Super Bowl history, they don't win a Super Bowl.

To say EVERYONE IS GOOD ENOUGH with a team around them is just ridiculous. Plenty of players have had a good team around them and failed.

So Joe Flacco and Eli's talent just decided to show up for a year or two when they had a good supporting cast? It was just coincidental?

And yes, its moronic to try and devalue 1 Super Bowl ring as if its nothing. As if everyone has one. Rodgers can retire and his legacy is cemented. He got a ring.

Again, you are just making the person's point you are responding to. That it's a team sport....

What I take issue with is you stating everyone is good enough to win if they have a good team around them. This is just dumb, and it's not true at all. Just because one or two below average QBs won a Super Bowl in the past doesn't make it anything more than what it is; an outlier.

To win a Super Bowl you almost always need a QB with talent. Joe Flacco and Eli Manning were both good QBs. Anything less, and there is a good chance Ravens and Giants don't have a ring in their most recent Super Bowls.

Outliers often consist of teams that put together a historic group - like the Ravens did for Dilfer with that defense.

Yeah, Rodgers got a ring - but again, there is still disappointment in GB that they didn't get more. They have what is considered to be one of the BEST QBs of all time, and have one ring to show for it. It's disappointing and it was 7 freakin' years ago.

And I'm not even entirely sure the point you're even trying to make now. I don't even think you do.

Screw his one chamionship lol...yeah all he did was get a championship ring and be a perennial playoff team despite having bad defenses and poor coaching....but yeah screw all of that lol.

Everyone is good enough if they have a supporting cast around them.

The team has arleady been blown up. Everyone is young on it. All you can do is get rid of Witten, Lee, Dez and Scandrick at this point and that would be your blow up. It needs to become less "Romo Friendly" and more "Dak friendly".
Too many excuses of bad defenses and bad coaching, if he is so great he should have multiple rings. Anyway blowup is coaches included, start fresh with some of the young cornerstone players and new young coaches. Look to acquire a franchise QB too because even though you love a guy it does not necessarily mean that he is capable of taking u to the promised land. I want Rosen.

How am I making his point lol? He's downplaying Rodgers one championship ring. As if its Rodgers fault he only has 1 ring. Never mind he got that ring overcoming having a bad defense and coaching.

And it isn't dumb to say everyone is good enough with a good team.

Of course everyone can't be a champion. There's only one team. But if you have a good supporting cast around you then you will be a contender.

I don't know what you are arguing here. You say you take issue with me stating that everyone is that everyone is good enough if they have a good supporting cast....yet you haven't given any examples of a good qb with a bad supporting cast around him but managed to get a ring.

Was Romo great? Was Phillip Rivers? Why do they not have a ring? Why does Drew Brees only have one ring? You'd take ONE ring right now. Romo would take ONE ring right now.

Rodgers has CERTAINLY played a part in a few of the games the Packers lost in the playoffs. That's simply a fact - I've watched every playoff game Rodgers is in.

"yet you haven't given any examples of a good qb"

What the hell are you on about? YOU aren't talking about just "good QBs", you are talking about ANY QB. Which is why you mentioned Dilfer....

Are you forgetting the initial point you made? Keep up, dude. Lay off the spiked eggnog.

A lot of this stuff isn't even new or "drama". Fox and Joe Buck are the ones who like to stay focused on Dez and keep the camera on him and make something out of nothing. Happens every game Buck does. Even the games where Aikman is there and Buck isn't you don't see this stuff. Don't let Fox fool you into thinking something new or different is happening.

This. So much this. And it always comes out later in the miced up footage that Dez was just trying to fire everyone up and being encouraging.

Yeah Romo was Great, his teams not so much thus why he has zero rings. What's your point? Rodgers, Bree's caught lightening in a bottle for their two rings, Romo was consistently handed burlap bags filled of crap. Again, what's your point?

Dez is a secondary problem to Dak Prescott, Linehan and Jason Garrett. Dez ranting on the sideline had zero impact on the game his turnover did. Dak's pick six was pitiful

Everyone on offense was rattled by the Drama. The coaches, the OLine, the other WRs, Witten and Zeke all appeared affected by it. I think it even affected Dan Bailey.
Jason seemed unaffected, chewing / spitting / manipulating The mic boom/ with same regularity, as if to imply that he was actually speaking to somebody upstairs.

The difference in maturity between a 22 and a 28 year old probably isn't nearly as much as you'd like to think it is. Kind of besides the point.

Okay scratch the ages but I noted that dez is a supposed team leader and is paid like one... 2nd year guys are having to console the supposed offensive leader

Cmon man
