Yes indeed I should have been more clear I was referring to his treatment when playing the past four seasons. I feel like we get too locked in on guys and unwilling to get better. We get a guy like Crawford and stand Pat, Collins comes around has trouble staying on the field we stick it out.

I can't disagree with that. I think Jerry feels very loyal or better yet he is loyal to players and at sometimes too much that it's a negative. For the most part i don't have an issue with Crawford but i agree with you he can be upgraded.

It's possible we can upgrade the DL in the draft but with all the signings and the trade for Quinn i don't think this front office will look to upgrade the DL and if they do my prediction is at DT. Word is they really wanted Donald and Vea but trading up was too much for them i guess.

With Quinn ( who i absolutely love since I'm a Tar Heel and wanted him in that draft) plus Covington and Hyder i feel like the front office will look to upgrade LB depth, corner and safety only in the draft. Of course if Oliver falls far enough or maybe Simmons they make a move to get them i don't see DL being a priority in the draft.

On offense i could see RB, OL and possibly WR or TE being taken.

Absolutely agree. I like Covington and Hyder as apart of the defensive line. It's the sticking it out a little to long that's the issue as you said. I think 58 could be we and Deebo Samuel and if we can get a DT it's that kid from Arizona State Wrenn.
