It's not known, but Bowen said they talked over the phone and hashed it out. Unless it happens again, there's no juice behind this story.

Gotcha. I hadn't heard that. And I highly doubt it happens again. I imagine all ears are listening this time. Shannahan isn't stupid enough to bring that upon himself.

Of course it happened. The Cowboys complained during the game and the refs even asked the Commanders (lol) if they were doing it during the game. But the problem is with the refs no longer in the defensive backfield they can't hear if the LB/DL is doing it or not. Cowboys changed their cadence since then and they also can go to the silent count.
