They use the Ring of Honor against us. It seems that any Dallas player is now subjected to a double standard, just to reach the Hall.

In other words...how can we elect 'said player' to the Hall, when they aren't even in the ring of honor.

Its all BS.

Yeah well we could start to use the Ring of Honor as something more than just a place for only Hall of Famers or Hall of Fame finalists. The Ring wasn't originally used that way, or else Howley would not be there.

Doing it that way is totally backward. Jones should totally ignore what the Hall of Fame does, and let the fans vote.

We seem to know who the best players really were.

I'm not sure how many threads there have been dedicated to such and such former Cowboy Great deserves to be in the HOF. But one more couldn't hurt. The underrepresentation of former Cowboy greats in the HOF is a great example of the anti-Cowboy bias that exists within the voters.
