Let's not forget we lost canty and burnett and Thomas the only credible linebacker is james and that isn't saying much....We haven't been able to find a WILB and the best solution so far is nothing more than just a quick fix....this **** is a lot worse than what you guys think.

Not having RW hurt us last year if you don't want to acknowledger that then that's on you. The crappy safety play is getting a pass from when RW was back then none of them are better than RW none of them brings what he brings and none of them scare opposing players.

I don't want to hear this non sense like oh we look for RW in coverage of course you will. Same for Keith Davis Ken Hamlin any other garbage we've rolled out with out RW. TE on safety will be in the offensive favor no matter who back there.

Bro Roy wasn't all that great even when he was on the field. He'd occassionally make a play but he was getting picked on just as much as Davis or Watkins or any of them. Saying he's the best average safety of a bunch of average safeties isn't saying much.

Couple that with the fact that he's an average safety making superstar money and that's a problem. Davis and Watkins, while average as well, aren't eating up 6 million dollars of cap space each year to be average.

Safety was only one of many problems we had last year. This team isn't rebuilding. I've never seen anyone over-react this much to two players out of 53 being cut.

I mean it's not like we're talking about the Cardinals here where if they cut Warner and Fitz. THen they'd be rebuilding. You're talking about two guys who were anything from average, to great, depending on which one you were talking about, being released.

Last I checked this team still has D-Ware, Newman, Jenkins, Scandrick, Ratliff, James, Romo, Witten, Barber, Jones, Bennett, Williams and Bigg. As long as you've got that kind of talent around you're not rebuilding. You're making some changes and going in a different direction.

Pro Bowls haven't helped a lot around here the past 13 years. But I get the drift about overall talent on the team. I wouldn't include Hamlin as a big talent but he could prove me wrong.

And no the team isn't rebuilding just trying to unload problems.

Losing Canty was not what the club wanted but we couldn't afford to pay what he's worth.

I wish people would stop with the Ellis nonsense. Even if Spencer beats him out we still need three pass rushers from the OLB spots. Best find his replacement before discarding him unless he's lost the ability to get to the QB.

People forget that Ware's pressures and sacks will be cut in half without someone on the other side demanding attention as well.

All those guys you named weren't even impact players. They were solid at least. Burrnett can be replaced. Canty can be replaced. Thomas didn't do ****. James had a career year last year and you are saying him being a credible lineback isn't saying much?

RW is many times better than anyone we have at the position same goes for TO. What we will get in return is nothing but question marks the philopshy of the offense has changed the defense has lost 4 starters from last year.

Yeah he had a career year let's see him continue to play at that level....They were still starters and still were good and they did have impact. Canty is replaceable however, losing all these players in one off season = rebuilding. Thomas wasn't used to his fullest IMO and that really took away from with he could contribute. Burnett made plays on ST and in the nickel. He was our best coverage LB.....

But Roy thinks he can get money. His deal was going to get restructured, and even his agent has pointed out that Dallas should release him as fast as possible because of the market.

You make your chance by stepping up, you make ur chance by not having ur team trade a 1st and 3rd for another WR. Austin has showed me flashes, but to annoint him even a #3 WR would be stupid.

Miles is a 4th WR at best and a above avg KR.....
