Give it time

1)The Eagles have 1 tainted (your rival's best player removed from the field for no good reason for 6 contests in a 16 game season) SB title.

2) This singular SB title since franchise inception:

Arrived in a season noone will remember because the whole thing was marred by politics, and then the SB gifted to Philadelphia because of the Brady/Pats exhaustion.

3) Since catching lightning in a bottle and taking full advantage of 2017, you were lucky to enter the post season last season and probably should have lost the first 5 contests.

wk 1:You were gifted the Falcons contest pretty much. Julio Jones anyone?

After this contest you declared the Cowboys/Giants game an "elimination game".

wk 2: Lost to Tampa (LOLZ)
wk 3: You were completely handed the Colts game- I mean gift wrapped.
wk 4: Lost to Tennessee. They tried to give you the Tennessee game- but failed because your choking, overrated QB1 blew that one.
wk 5: Lost to the Vikes.

Beat Jacksonville (who stunk to high heaven last season)
Lost to Dallas
Blown out by New Orleans
Beat NYG
Beat WAS
Lost to Dallas (again)

Season should have ended here but wait... Foles, an uninspired Rams team, and a few cupcakes and it's on and poppin again bro....

Stop acting like the Eagles are "the Pats waiting to happen". It happened and that's it. You're not going to taint the 5 Super Bowls this franchise has won with your one in a season nobody except Eagles fans will even remember.

The 2019 Eagles are the NFL version of the Mandela Effect. It's deja vu, except it isn't.

It's people not being aware of/and/or ignoring factual history.

Wentz hasn't played a full season since his rookie season.

Philly's two backups are already gone and we're in Week 3 of the pre-season.

The Eagles are dipping into the McCown's of the world when it won't matter either way should Wentz get hurt, and for what we've seen from history- that actually might be the better option, correct? The team isn't that good dude. It's not. For what it's worth, I'm not sure Dallas is that good either if #21 isn't at RB1. But you overrate your team just like everyone else.

What the Eagles "really are"- is the only team in the division that has any chance of dethroning Dallas in the NFC East. And that's good enough to fire up the East Coast bias engine on behalf of the Eagles and start making them paper champions again.

LOL, so here you sit "on the edge of history": blogging away on Dallas fan sites.

You're unique, I give you that.

In the last thirty-five years, every single super bowl winner fell into two categories:

Open Air, Cold Weather stadium (single digits in January playoffs)

or

Unbelievably historic, Hall-of-Fame Quarterback play (Greatest show on Turf, Peyton in Indy, Drew in NO).

EXCEPT for one single instance: when Jon Gruden basically knew his opponent’s game plan.

Fast forward to February 2020 and the Dallas Cowboys have just won Super Bowl 54. What is the reason they were able to break this streak? Dak throws 45 tds? Defense best in the world? Zeke runs for 2500? How do you predict it will happen?

Jerry gets off 100 mil a year and takes Belichick from Pats and we win a couple SBs

Coop breaks single season record for receiving yards as Dallas cobbles together 5th ranked rushing attack behind Alfred Morris, Dak Prescott and Tony Pollard.
Morris has lost a step, and now dancing back there on top of it....great guy, but it's not there anymore
