They were playing their second stringers/backups and playing for nothing, while Dak was shooting for the Cowboys TD record and the Cowboys wanted to go into the playoffs on a high note (which didn't do them much good against the 9ers the following week).

What did they expect?

I'm gonna go out on a limb with this, but I don't think Dak reaching a TD milestone and having good juju heading into the playoffs will resonate with the Eagles. They were still humiliated by the loss.

I said why it happened. If the team is offended by that, then it's their own fault. They made a willing choice to go in that game at less than full strength and with nothing to play for, so it's something they should've expected to happen.

There are many morons on here who felt Rush should be the starter after winning 4 games. All of a sudden he loses last night and he's suddenly only a backup. And Dallas vaunted defense **** the bed last night. Where was the best D in the NFC? Where was Micah? And if you want to talk about *** up fans, how about throwing garbage at your own starting QB.
And there were many comments and threads about the Eagles not beating anybody good. I guess they were right, the Cowboys were not good. Maybe beating KC or Buffalo would be a better test.
