Edit...FYI...I have 2 nephews (twins) who play for a HS team in Arizona whose mascot is the Commanders. They were 2 time State football champions. I am very proud of them. They know if I watched them play I would not be cheering for the Commanders. They know why. They were fine with it. Had their team changed their name (yes, I have openly stated that they need to) I would have cheered as loud as anyone else.
