its def not, teams that have a bye within the last five games get to rest for the playoffs, if they are going, but early season byes, can really hurt a team towards the end of the season. We are hoping that the Skins win more games to start off w, so they can lose one or two towards the end, and not wear out.
No team gets a bye within the last 8 games. Indy isn't winnable. They're still a much better team than the Commanders. Same with jacksonville.

I have heard this from so many people It makes me laugh. NOBODY game planned for Edgerrin James, NOBODY. He did not make that offense run whatsoever. That was all Peyton.

Watch Indy get a power running back, like a Lendale White, and they would be Unfriggenstoppable. Hell, give them any running back, which they WILL get in the first round this year and they won't skip a beat. That is a guarantee.

Edgerrin James has been overrated for years because of what Peyton and the other boys brought to the table. You'll see that early on in Arizona.
This is all very true. James'll do goo getting 1100 yards this season.

I think they are weak, but for some reason I think we are flying too high right now...but we'll see...hey id love to win that too so its 12-4..haha

No, you think the RedStinks will lose because your whiney coach already moaned and groaned to the media about having to go play Minny for the first game! That is why you think you will lose!

You're a sheep...you follow the sheep herder thinking, that's all!

"for some reason I think"...yeah right! You suckers don't think on your own, you got Art doing that for you fools! :lmao:

I really think we might lose to the G-men at their home, but I just have a feeling we have the Jags. I dont think they can handle our options offensively, and we have them on lock with our D.

What options offensively would that be? Randel El? Brandon Lloyd? Please, BOTH of those are #3 WR's at BEST!!!

You have two good playmakers on O, Santana Moss, and Clinton Portis. And neither one is at the elite status.....

Late bye week? Check.
Two winnable road games in December? Check.
Two weeks to prepare for Dallas? Check.
Possible NFC East-deciding game at Fed Ex? Check.

Sept. 11 Minnesota Vikings
Sept. 17 @ Dallas Cowboys
Sept. 24 @ Houston Texans
Oct. 1 Jacksonville Jaguars
Oct. 8 @ New York Giants
Oct. 15 Tennessee Titans
Oct. 22 @ Indianapolis Colts
Oct. 29 BYE ---
Nov. 5 Dallas Cowboys
Nov. 12 @ Philadelphia Eagles
Nov. 19 @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Nov. 26 Carolina Panthers
Dec. 3 Atlanta Falcons
Dec. 10 Philadelphia Eagles
Dec. 17 @ New Orleans Saints
Dec. 24 @ St. Louis Rams
Dec. 30 New York Giants
We have Tampa and Indy at home while you have them on the road. Not worried about Carolina we proved we can beat them in Carolina last year and we will do it again. We have 5 of our last seven at home which is set up nicely for us. I wouldn't be surprised if all 4 teams in the division end up within a game or two of each other.

SMCowboy, listen, my man....the midget paid Randel $876,987,234,876,887.00 and paid Brandon $756,982,777,847,888.00!

They are NOT, I repeat, NOT #3 WR's at best! They are the creme of the crop, or outhouse....take your pick! :laugh2:

Youre crazy if you dont think we have more than 2 options. the 3 recievers open the field for Portis and Betts.

Wow.

Clinton Portis isn't an elite back? He's never had less than 1,300 yards in a season. You'll be hard-pressed to find anyone with an IQ with 3 digits that would agree with that statement. Moss finished second in total recieving yards last season, if he isn't elite than who else is?

Also, Lloyd earned 700+ yards as the #1 option for the Niners. If he was only a #3, he wouldn't have gained that much. Stop being a homer for once in your life.

yep, you guys are superbowl bound. Just like every year the owner spends a ton of money for nothing.... 11-5, 12-4 whatever you'll lose the first game of the playoffs anyways...

If the Commanders have 2 playmakers, then Dallas has 1.

Drop Betts, Randle El, and Lloyd. Come on, you haven't even seen Lloyd or ARE play for you, and you're already calling him a "playmaker". A playmaker is a player who constantly makes gamechanging plays, not a player that makes a play every now and then.

So you've got Portis, Moss, and Cooley. The thing about Cooley is, nobody used to game plan for him, as they worried about Moss and Portis. Now that they know Cooley is for real, you'll see him disappear much more. Brunell can't take another season, IMO, and will be hardpressed to get Moss the ball. This is very possible, where an injury to Brunell could cause Moss and Cooley to disappear, and the box will get stacked. Let's see Portis and Crybaby get through that...

Hmmmm, so you're saying we will make the playoffs this year then? I like it! But I am realistic. I want to believe we will beat you in week 2 but I think your team will be out for revenge that week and I think you will win that game; however, you won't sweep us. The NFC East is so strong that I wouldn't be surprised if all records between the teams are split.

How many times have we asked you and your buddies that question?

he is a top 5 back who is a beast... if he is a crybaby why dont you go a head out there and play pro football yourself... he has over 1300 yards each of his first 4 years. if you wanna talk about crybabies... look at T.O. youve got to be kidding if you really and honestly dont think that we have a powerful offense with an offense that makes the defense picks their poison.

I have a wittle feeling that one of CP, SM or CC will be hurt in camp or preseason. And add to any Defensive injury to a starter and factor in Taylor's pending jail term and we have a team that must have a perfect season to even contend for the playoffs, yet they are always within reach (Last year for example)....
