Before anyone gets the oh noes or ugghs...

Who has left the cowboys (player or coach) and went to Washington and really panned out?

Bill is leaving. I would imagine he would rather go somewhere to be an OC but if not he will go be an OL coach again and get the best contract he can get which could be in Washington.

Yeah, I don't know why he would leave to be anything other than an OC. Jerry would pay him to stay in his current role and match a similar offer. To me the only reason he would leave is to call plays.

Why would he leave here just to be an O-line coach? Is he that angry about the demotion? He'd have to be, to go to a stinking cesspool like Washington. And if he hates us that much, then good riddance to him.

JJ has a fat wallet.

I'm not even sure JJ (more specifically, JG) cared to retain Callahan for the very reason you mentioned. If it was merely a matter of $$, then he would have kept Callahan. Given that scenario, I'm guessing Callahan decided to go with the highest bidder that actually wanted him...Washington. All speculation on my part, nothing more.
