Yeah, our "defense" lost the game.

Not the boneheaded penalties, going for it on 4th down at our own 34 or the 3 ints. Those had no effect at all.

Lordy.

When you agree with Skip on anything, it is time to re-review whatever it is.

Plenty of blame to go around. Our linebacking corps after Parsons is absolutely the worst. First running TD given up by pathetic blocked LVE. Watch the tape.

No the defense couldn't win the game in spite of what the offense did to them the first half...The offense lost the game, the defense kept it respectable for 3 quarters basically playing philly and thier own offense at times.

I saw mistakes in all 3 phases of the game, Offense, defense and special teams as well as the 4th down by McCarthy. Pretty much an all around team loss. Cowboys did some good things as well especially 2nd half of the game but in the end not good enough to overcome the mistakes made by this team. All they can do now is get back to work and look to clean up mistakes and get ready for the Lions.

We are not going anywhere with LVE. Period. Not winning the division, not getting a wild card game. Mark my words.

The entire team lost. You're not going to beat the Eagles this year by scoring 17 points. You need at least 24+ to have a chance. Especially with how good they are in the second quarter. You also need to not turn the ball over three times. Furthermore, you need to not commit dumb penalties or give the refs the chance to call penalties on you. Finally, the coaches need to take the time to watch the review if it's close an use the challenge flag if in doubt. Especially if you're thinking of going for it on 4th down. It's basically, in that situation, a timeout that you could actually get first down with and receive back should you be right. If you're wrong, then it gives you a chance to work out what play you'd like to call and the best way to matchup on 4th down.

Limiting the Eagles offense to 20 some odd points on 3 turnovers(plus turnover on downs) is pretty impressive. Especially when the offense couldn't stay on the field and was killing the defense the fiest half
