Jerry just had to extend him .

There was the "Golden Time" just before the season where Jerry stated that there was no rush in signing Dakota, Ceedee or Parsons AND MM was a lame duck coach.

And there was hope for a real reshaping of the team.....but of course Jerry reverted to his old ways and promptly boxed himself in with underachievers who have proven to wilt in prime time
