lmao, I said that when we drafted the guy..

He moves just like Steve Smith.. Looks like him also. (same height 5'9)
Only difference is.. Smith may be quicker.. "For now"

And the fact that Steve Smith is just Steve Smith.

I agree.

Steve Smith is quite a bit faster than Green. Smith is a burner. Smith runs like in the 4.4 range whereas Green runs in the 4.55 range. Other than the fact that they are the same size, it is a tough comparison.

Green ran a 4.46 as a Junior..

So he can pretty much run that 4.4 range Smith runs..

I'm a poor man's Julius Jones. I'm 5-10, I ran track in high school so I'm pretty fast. I just forgot to declare for the draft I guess.

Skyler Green is a poor man's Dante Hall.

Or Jeff Ireland's Dante Hall, since he said Green reminds him of Hall, and I assume Ireland isn't poor.

I thought I saw it posted that Green ran a 4.44 at the combine?

I havent seen much of Green in action, but for some reason I am looking forward to seeing this guy in action. He and Watkins has me intrigued the most.

Green just seems to have enough burst and playmaking ability to make a difference in his rookie season. Crossing my fingers on this one.

Green doesn't really fight for the ball lilke Smith, but he does have the escapability that Smith and Santana Moss possess. Definitely scary on the WR screens that are so easy to run in the NCAA.

Green seems more like a RB than either of those guys, though. He's pretty muscular. Of course, I've seen him in person and have only seen Moss and Smith on TV.

He'll easily be the best punt returner the Cowboys have seen since Kevin Williams, and he'll probably be a fair sight better than Williams was. If Green is half the receiver tha Moss and Smith are, the Cowboys will have gotten a lot of value out of the pick, IMO.
