Yahoo news feed knows my cookies enough to bring up most articles about Android and Apple products and I will normally click into them.
Sadly that news market (for the cells) is mostly rumor based and mock scenarios of what a new flag shop model might be or they are written by an person who is clearly a fan over one device and is extremely biased against the other to the point of listing a negative for a phone even if the negative is not true.
For example...An apple guy would be saying, one thing that even android people do not like is the idea that android users can not go and see what app is drawing a percentage of the battery. He then says of course you could down load an app for that information but that does not count.
I am thinking...you can download an app for that and it should count, why would it not count. However if you really don't want to download an app for that, you can do it in your settings without an app anyway. So not only are they being biased against a product they are being paid to cover, they don't even know the product they are covering enough to give accurate information.
I have seen it the other way with android people saying things about apple that was not true as well or they just did not know better.
There are a few good articles that you can tell a writer learned that you should be unbiased and objective when covering products in order to give a thorough review. Oddly enough I have found better reviews on Youtube of android vs IOS phones that are objective even though a person is upfront and say they are a fan of one device or the other.
Now with all of that said...almost ANY of those articles or youtube reviews there always breaks out a war between apple and android fan boys about how one system completely sucks and the other is the best and anyone that does not agree is stupid.
So since I tend to watch are read a bunch about the topic (not an expert by any means) when it comes around time for updating phones and want to make a good choice of what fits my needs and desires the best....I tend to be a little more hypersensitive and annoyed by the apple/android fan boys arguments.
Sounds like Xbox and Playstation fanboys...
Not too many people that I hate. Plenty of people I dislike though.

Apple groupies buy i-phones and usually anything else Apple for that matter. I never really understood that. My wife and daughter have i-phones while my son and myself have android. Personally, I pick android 10 times out of 10 after seeing how fast my wife and daughters batteries give out and how they run out of space with no SD card, but I guess I am just "dumb".
Typically, iPhones are great for women. They just want it to work. User friendly etc.
I will tell you this. The iphone 6 battery is amazing. Medium to heavy usage and you still have battery left over at the end of the night. Wasn't the case with iphone 5.
Galaxy note 2... Battery was petty good.
Galaxy note 4 amazing battery. Last twice as long as note 2. Medium to heavy usage I could still be at 75-80% in the late afternoon.
I have noticed the battery life being so much better than my SIII.
However recently I had a problem with the battery. I charged around noon one day. Did not use it much the whole day and around 8 that night it was down to 50% and it was hot.
Looked to see what application was using up the most and it was Plume. Never had a problem with Plume before but it was using 80%+. Crazy.
So I deleted it all together and the battery life when back to great. There was a plume update the day before I had my issues. I guess others were having a variety of issues with the update.
I still with twitter for now, I can get what I want with twitter but plume was easier for me to navigate for whatever reason. Maybe I will go back to Plume down the road after the updates are fixed...maybe not.
But other than that one instance...the battery life has been pretty amazing for me.
I asked my wife the other day how she likes her Iphone 6+ and she is still happy with it and the battery life.
Orginially she got the 64 gb version. Had to turn that back in after a mute switch problem and she got the standard 16 gb version as it was cheaper.
I think the only thing she regrets now is the size ...thankfully then note 4 is standard at 32 and with the 32 gb card I am pretty good for now.
Oh...PNY micro sd cards suck. Have had three...2 of them went bad and the other is so small (8gb for an older camera) that I won't bother with it. So the last one I had finally went bad in my tablet.
Got a Ultra Scandisc 32 and have been happy with it. Might get a 64gb one just for the tablet and keep the 32 on my phone.
Hmmmmm... You know what... My note 4 got really hot at the bottom right corner of phone the other day.
I need to investigate.
Smart people look at both phones, weigh the pros and cons of each and decide which ones they like best and fits them best.
After they have done so they don't turn into irritating apple fan boys or droid fan boys who like to crap on anyone that does not have the same phone THEY think is the best.
I have had both...I prefer android for me.
My wife has had both...she prefers iphone for her.
We are happy with our individual phones and don't belittle the others for this or that.
Simple.
Smart people play with the Wii

World domination. Why? Because they are by FAR the best phone on the market.
