AP reports Carolina Panthers WR Steve Smith was fined $15,000 Wednesday for bumping an official during last Saturday's loss to Dallas. Smith's fine was for "impermissible physical contact with a game official," NFL spokesman Michael Signora said. Smith was ejected in the third quarter against the Cowboys.

Well....he didn't get $15,000.00 worth of it...man, if you are going to get fined that much, make it count.
