“People like you”? That sounds kinda snarky! We’re all just speculatin’, ain’t we?

Since the person I replied to did come up with his big trade deal and obviously forgot that every team knows the same reasons he has for wanting Smith traded, I was right to refer to him as people like you.

Still, it SOUNDS kinda snarky—in a funny way, ya know? I think most of us know that it’s an impossible trade, and just see it as a joke fantasy to fix a mistake.

Crazy idea...

Some people want Foles as our backup. Is this even feasible?

Jaylon Smith signed a 6 year, $68,421,000 contract with the Dallas Cowboys, including a $5,000,000 signing bonus, $35,406,678 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $11,403,500. In 2021, Smith will earn a base salary of $7,200,000, while carrying a cap hit of $9,800,000 and a dead cap value of $16,600,000.

Nick Foles signed a 3 year, $24,000,000 contract with the Chicago Bears, including a $8,000,000 signing bonus, $21,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $8,000,000. In 2021, Foles will earn a base salary of $4,000,000, while carrying a cap hit of $6,666,666 and a dead cap value of $14,333,334.

When people like you come up with these big trade deals you always seem to forget that for the reasons you want to unload a player EVERY team knows those same reasons too and so the chances of that trade working are slim and none.

I didn't come up with the idea so you can slow your roll. I was looking at the financial side since about 20 other people proposed the idea.

And now I think you're being snarky because you don't like me telling someone an obvious thing. Go get a life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The more you look at Smith's contract the more it is puzzling how jerry signed it. Smh . Especially that they see how slow he is. No way chicago is giving Foles for Smith , who is considered damaged good.

All that means is you're in that same group that dream up trades and never realize that for the same reason you and the others who want to trade Smith, ALL of the other teams know those same reasons making your dream trade have a slim and none chance of getting done..
