Twitter: Snap Counts vs Commanders

Here are the snap counts for that disaster yesterday. Some things that jump out:

• Cowboys had 67 snaps to 64 for Commanders.
• Zeke had 32 snaps; Pollard had 29. Both combined for a paltry 29 yards on 15 carries. Ouch.
• Nashon Wright had 33 snaps and new Corner Trayvon Mullen had 35 snaps, but looked very vulnerable, especially against the deep ball.
• Osa Odighizhua had 45 meaningful snaps- 7 tackles, 2 TFLs. One of the few bright spots.
• We had a Jabril Cox sighting with 7 snaps.

What else?

Sam Williams with still only 15 snaps is just maddening.

Also, Ferguson and Hendershot need more plays on offense. Get creative already Moore….

Well, Osa had a good game yesterday.

Still don’t know why Williams wasn’t getting more snaps… especially once it became obvious we weren’t winning the game. I’d have like to see him get more snaps and less for Micah and Lawrence.

Ferguson playing only 14 snaps and Hendershot only 3 on offense, leads me to believe the Cowboys were playing a rather vanilla game plan yesterday. Not having those guys play more offensive downs could explain why the run game was so pathetic.

Agree. Not sure why they didn't use the TE's more, other than they didn't want to show Tampa what we got up our sleeve...maybe.
