Here are the snap counts from last Thursday in Philly.

Some things that stood out:
  • Hunter Luepke with only 8 snaps.
  • Good to see Tyler Guyton play all 61 offensive snaps coming off that TC injury.
  • Elam, Bland, Murray and Wilson played all 63 defensive snaps
  • Liaufau only played 6 defensive snaps.

Wonder how the coaches think the LBs played and what is it about Liufau that has him behind those guys. Schotty did mention Marist played well probably an indicator of more snaps vs Giants.

I saw Kneeland n Sam getting the most snaps at DE, and I think they should start moving forward, for now.

At TE, Spann-Ford had a really good game blocking, so I'll be looking to see if his snaps increase.

At WR, Turp n Tolbert had close to equal snaps, so it's looking a committee at WR3.

In addition to whats been said I'll be watching the snaps from Turpin moving forward. I'll be interested to see if they keep giving him close to 30 snaps or not, and how many touches come from that.

Kenneth Murray at 100% of snaps and Liafau at 10%

Those numbers should be reversed.

IF I read the stats correctly, Liaufau got three solo tackles in six snaps.

Now of course were the tackles because he played well or because he caught a guy after he already had made good yardage.

Still its a pretty interesting stat
Not 100% sure but after looking at it again… It is probably the tackles he made on ST.

It is interesting because coaches always tend to play the guys they trust more. Either Eberflus trusts Murray more or someone is making them play Murray.

Tolbert and Turpin needs to be more like 75% Turpin and 20% Tolbert IMO. Also would like to see Schoonmaker and Luepke's snap counts switched.

What are they seeing in practice or camp that made them give Liufau that many carries?

Blue with DNP and Liufau were my two biggest disappointments.

And they may need to up Houston’s snaps.

I have to give credit….I haven’t had time for a rewatch, but I thought the OL played well. Much better than I expected with a rookie starter, a second year guy who sucked last year….add in having taken no snaps together in the PS, and going up against arguably the best DL in the league.

Also thought Prescott had more pocket poise than usual. It’s possible the two are related.

I’m calling BS on this “run the ball” crap though. They look like a pass-first team to me already.
