Literal class action stuff. I'm thinking I might have to replace the bulbs in my screen...or maybe just get a new TV. The screen burn is real.

& Ya, I got an old plasma screen that's got those "left sided 4 action commands "of a PS3's controller kinda' burnt into the lower right hand corner of the screen you can detect when it's all bright& shiney outside ,myself( I think I took a nap or something close to nodding off, which caused it to happen,though)
