This thread reminded me about my breath rites so I put on on last night.


Literally the best night's sleep I've had in months. I went 6 straight hours uninterupted (which is better then 8 interupted hours) and I feel great.

Thanks guys for all the advice. Relatively speaking it's a new relationship. But it was just something I was thinking about, cuz I've never been in a relationship with someone who snores.

Ask his last girlfriend what she did when he snored.
