The only team in the NFC East that doesnt turn my stomach is the Giants. But they still make me throw up in my mouth a little. I would rather see a 0-0 tie.

the thing is, who do we think is the better team?

Of course, we think the Eagles are better. So according to that reasoning, it'd be better to see the team that's better than us go 0-2, while the Commanders go 2-0, w/ the hope that the Giants will lose week 2 and beat the Commanders, putting the teams at:

Eagles: atleast 2 losses
Commanders: 2-1
Giants: 1-2

assuming dallas wins the next two games, of course, we'd be on top, w/ supposedly the Commanders who we shouldn't worry about so much.

Remember though, be careful what you wish for. In 2005, many of us were giddy when the Commanders were beating up on the Eagles. How many of you would have liked the Commanders to lose one game to the Eagles in 2005?

The point is, it's way too early to worry about who to root for. The only thing we can do at this point is to hope the Cowboys keep winning, and let the season shape itself out.

I hate the skins and their fans with every possible fiber in my body and I shall never root for them under normal circumstances - but I care about winnin super-bowls foremost.

And if seeing the stinks win helps our cause, then i'm all for it.

I wouldnt go as far as to say Im rooting for the ForeSkins but I would mind seeing them win that game. The Skins are sorry and have no shot at winning the division, so it would be good for us if they beat the Eagles.

I'd rather that game ends in a low scoring tie. I just can't however hope that Philthy wins. I believe though the Cowboys would be better served with a Washington win. Even if it would put them at 2-0.

I can't root for the Skins. This or that team winning may be better for my beloved Cowboys, but no matter how hard I try I can't make a concious choice far as who I want to win a game. That comes from my heart, and it's NEVER the Skins.

Actually for the simple reason that I want the skins and eagles to stay as close to each other as possible(basement championship)... I prefer that they both be 1-1 after the next game.

When we go 2-0 I dont want to share it with the skins... bad enough they are with us at 1-0 LOL

See it is a tricky situation because if the skins do win then that may just mean they are for real to go into the linc and win on monday night football over the eagles. But I don't fear the skins at all, even if they went 3-0, won't matter because i know when it comes late in the season they will be no where around

I'm not ready for the 'Skins to be 2-0.

One of these teams is going to be 1-0 in the East. I'd rather not be tied with either of them.

Also, I don't really root for either of these teams. I root for me to be right. And I think the Eagles are a better team than the Skins. So if the Eagles win, that means I'm smart, which is almost as important as the division standings.
