I turned on NFLN before going to bed last night and they showed like 3 plays of the game in the highlights, all pro Denver plays, and then called Tebow "maybe the star of the game".

What? McGee's stats dwarfed his. A rookie WR caught 5 balls for 120 yards and 2 touchdowns.

I actually kind of feel a little bit bad for Tebow. He has some decent skills, but doesn't have much of a chance. Just another example of a young QB who needs to sit and learn behind a veteran for a few years.

I though that Quinn had a good game, I wouldn't mind having him backup Romo for a couple of years.

It won't matter if he's killed. Teams have to wait 7 days between games usually. He could die twice and still be active on gameday.

Agreed. I think he's a good kid with a good head on his shoulder. Why does everyone hate him for the media attention he gets when obviously he cant control it and seems to have a distaste for it?

I don't really care about Tebow one way or the other. He's either good, or he's not. But the media love fest is nauseating. Would have been nice if they would have shown at least one Cowboy highlight.

The hype is ridiculous. I like the kid. I am dubious about his talent but he has a chance.

Tebow is a moneymaker for the networks just like the Cowboys are and Howard Stern was. 50% Like them and 50% hate them. Of the 50% that like them, many will watch and tune in. Of the 50% that hate them, most will watch and tune in. It doesn't get any better for the ratings.

Just imagine if Tebow were a Cowboy throwing to a WR named Owens. You wouldn't need the Sunday Ticket. Every game would be on national TV.

Love him or hate him, I would rather see him do well than the likes of ex-cons Michael Vick or Plaxico Burress. I will bet money that many who hate Tebow also love Vick and Plax. And their emotions have little to do with football.

I don't hate him. I don't hate him at all. In fact, I respect the guy for his standards. But every highlight I have seen on any channel is about him.
