Anybody else notice how during the broadcast they pointed out how amazing Dak has been against the coverage that was supposed to be "the blueprint" to stopping this offense? I seems that Dak and Moore may well have actually learned something these past few months. Because those numbers they put up were just insane. Something ridiculous like 95% completion rate.. I don't have the exact numbers handy .. will have to rewatch the game for the particulars.. but it was stupid good.

If only they could figure out proper play calling and time management at crucial moments.

2 high is susceptible to an effective run game, which Dallas has (today not withstanding). Don't know that I'd call that the blueprint against this team.

Nobody said cover 2 , doofus

2high shell isn’t aLways cover 2. Learn the game.
I understand what you’re saying but zone is involved in cover 2 and it was rumored to be an issue for Dak to read. Seems he played well enough to squash that theory

People may think I'm nuts but this is a much better version of dak. I'd rather him sling it a round a bit, take some chances like he has, than play ultra conservative football like he has in the past. At the very least he's basing his play right now on what the team needs. If its going to be a shoot-out he's letting it fly. If he needs to be more conservative he's able to.

Said it in a million threads already. He was 6 rushes for 41 yards today. Could have been more if he wanted. If he's willing to use his legs this offense is going to be tough to stop.

It's been said that Dak struggles against the cover two. A cover two look, at the snap of the ball, makes it hard to distinguish man from zone. Trying to beat the coverage, no matter what it is, is why Moore normally calls a bunch of option routes. On option routes Dak has to read one defender instead of the whole defense. So he ends up staring down that defender. And that's when the unknowledgeable come in and say...Dak can't read defenses. But the truth is route combinations that create high low situations can beat cover two... man or zone. That's why we been seeing a lot of passes to our RB's in the flat here lately.

Kellen Moore had to learn how to beat cover two without calling a bunch of option routes. So Dak is playing better because Moore's play calling has gotten better. Posters have often wondered, is it Dak holding this team back or is it Moore holding this team back? Well now you have your answer...it's been the play calling. Better play calling...better Dak. It's just that simple.

Here's one you can program into your computer....have you considered that the Eagles were giving shows in preparation for any play-off game?
