I don't expect much to happen. Quinn will be "urged" to leave, no attempt to get him to stay. Probably a few assistants will be sacrificed. I think McCarthy gets 1 more year. There will be some key players leave due to salary issues.
Just don't expect anything big. The cash will still pour in, that's all that matters.

Nothing happens. Low I.Q. Cowboys fans continue to tune in and pack the Stadium. Jerry gets rich off snake oil without ever changing his way of doing business. Rinse and repeat as needed.

I truly do think that DQ is gone and Mike has a 50% chance of hanging around.

Dak is going to be here at least through next season, and unless the Joneses want to blow this thing up completely (which of course they don’t), will likely be extending him to have gain some cap alleviation for next year.

Ceedee will likely sign one of the richest contracts for a wideout in the league.

Gallup and a few other contributors will be gone.

Otherwise, I think it will be largely the same roster back with a largely different coaching staff (if Mike isn’t fired).

To be honest, I don’t even blame Mike. Every Jones roster of the last 15-20 years has been massively flawed in ways that don’t allow for contention at the highest level, and as long as Jerry and Stephen are calling the shots, it will likely remain that way.

Nothing is going to happen. They’ll possibly let Quinn go. Then they’ll sign CD, Parsons and Dak to record breaking deals. That will deplete funds for depth and the roster will be weakened going into next season. The propaganda machine will kick in around draft time. In march it’ll be sunshine and roses and everyone we draft will be an all pro. In August training camp will come and everyone will be in the best shape of their lives and on and on. Next year we’ll all be discussing why we can’t stop the run and how we choked. Then Jerry will apologize to fans and say we deserve better and then lather, rinse, repeat.
