Get Harbaugh from Michigan, that would be a great start....

I'm ready to completely move on from anyone and everyone on this team (minus Fredrick, Martin, and Irving), that includes Garrett.

Who is our new OC? Who is out there? What kind of offense do you want with Dak and Zeke?

We have seen this same offense for 10 years now. It's time.

Norvell Turner LOL (couldn't resist). I will take NE OC at this point.

I'll just throw this out there..... I know it could be too early for OC and this is assuming he would leave the booth so soon but I would love to get Romo in as QB coach and eventually be OC. I know that sounds homerish but I think Romo has a better grasp of the modern game than most. He damn sure knows how to scheme and call for adjustments, as has been made evident by his exceptional calls in the booth. I guess the other hang up would be having him work to develop his replacement, and who knows how much he actually likes/respects JG. But I'd rather get him before another team does. One of the best football minds in recent history.

Also I think Romo helped Dak and Linehan more than we realize last year.

why Linny, I would fire marinelli. we play defense on our heels, going backwards and trying not to make mistakes instead of attacking and being aggressive. I didn't see one blitz or stunt against Philly. just front 4, trying to get to the QB on their own and getting stone walled.

its putting a band aid on a tumor. the red headed tumor needs removal. a whole new attitude and style needs to come in. no hope until then.

Because our passing game is outdated and not suited for our QB.

I agree with people saying that Linehan was given the Garrett playbook to run. I'm sure the next offensive coordinator will just do the same. Jason wants no part of a new coordinator catching Jerrys eye. We need Garrett out.

It would be a pretty safe bet that someone will be the fall guy....and his name won't be Jason Garrett.

Given the constant coverage issues here over the past 5 years I expect a shakeup of the defensive staff over the offense.

Given the lack of progress of Martin and the regression of TFred, I only see Pollock being on dicey ground for the offense. OL depth is a bigger issue than the coaching IMO though.
