Sorry guys but I couldn't resist it. The devil made me do it.

I wonder if their fans have melted back into the magma of the earth, too.

And those were the Browns I was nervous about. And without Winslow.

Sorry I know it's a worthless thread but just to make a point.

*shrugs* IF WE had played the Browns NOW, we would have gotten smoked too.

When we played them in wk1, Anderson was recovering from a concussion, Lewis was recovering from a hammy injury, an OL was missing, as well as a couple of key D players.

They were all healthy in tonight's game.

Man, you're the definition of a sourpuss. Winslow didn't play tonight, he did in week 1. I guess Anderson has been recovering from that concussion for 5 weeks, and he just got over it today? Ridiculous.

Braylon Edwards was also coming off and injury and I believe he didn't even play in the Pre-Season.

This team will be without multiple Pro Bowlers and significant contributors, so we have enough to worry about.

They also just came off a bye week too. Having an extra week to prepare for an opponent makes a HUGE difference too.

But yes-early on, they had injury woes, hate to admit it.

So did the Cowboys, and you replied before I edited in that they had Winslow in week 1 and not tonight.

Stop making excuses for our win. Lewis was playing, he wasn't out. Anderson was playing he wasn't out. They still had rogers. They had winslow for us, so they were not all healthy.

Browns lost to Dallas, Steelers, and Ravens. But not Bengals and Giants.

What now?

from the wisdom i gained on this board today.

the giants need to fire their head coach, replace the starting qb,
change ownership, sell their stadium and move to timbuktu.
also their players are gutless with no pride or motivation.
plus any of their fans who still think they have a chance are just blind
stupid homers.

the Commanders sucked before they lost and still suck !!!!! :D

I fail to see the point

we should be happy w/ the state of affairs?

The fact you fail to understand the point is why I wrote it....you collectively....not just you.

what point? I don't see one

we've played sloppy for 3 weeks now

the Giants and Skins finally played sloppy this week

what is your point?

Ask Hos. Maybe he can explain it to you. I'm at a loss for words.

The Giants were the 'best team in the NFL' until today, and they got annihilated by a 1 and 3 team. We haven't lost by more than one score, and always had a chance to win.

but we haven't looked good for 3 weeks

I still fail to see how what just happened means being critical of the Cowboys is unfair, or wrong

but I guess we've been told

Some people will tell you we haven't 'looked good' all year, or since week 1. Some people want to fire all our coaches. Some people are glad Romo is hurt and/or think we need another QB altogether. Some people are going to piss and moan regardless of what happens.

I guess it's a matter of perspective.
