I'd take Eli.

Nitpick all you want, Eli produced the win. When he needed to, he was able to take advantage of opportunities.
Meanwhile, we're up 24-20, have the ball in great field position and Romo serves up a punt. The Giants score on the next possession.
But at least Romo is good in the red zone.
