They would play the same position (3-tech DT).

That means the Eagles would be drafting a player that plays the same position as their best player.

Who will we get rid of? We know jack Crawford is gone since he's a FA. Only other FA is McClain and he's pretty good. We can't have 11 plus dline man. It kind of is what it is

I don't despise Tyrone Crawford as much as most, but his contract, especially for next year is egregious.

We have to find a role for him because we absolutely know for sure it's not at DE.

We need play making DE's in a bad way, you play the best players regardless and get rid of players who are not productive.

The entire defense needs upgrading in most places, you adjust the roster accordingly.
