Petrino will make somebody a great NFL OC. He has one of the greatest offensive minds in the country, and his future as a college football HC isn't looking too hot.

We've got to get offensive help! NFL nobodies are surpassing us in offensive potency.

I've always blamed the offensive line, but today Romo had a lot of time and we still couldn't get it going. There has been a painful lack of creativity with this offense for far too many years.

Jerry, bring in Petrino and let him work his magic. You won't regret it.

Somebody call the Falcons and see what they think about this idea. Other than that, I'm sold. After all, we lost a road game where we were the underdog by one point today. I think a coordinator change is definitely in order.

Might need a QB change too! Heck, while we're at it lets bring out a whole new Dallas Cowboy roster, because aparentally it's time to bail on this group of guys.

Only if we can find a really bad QB out there someplace to take Tony's place. Then, I'm all for it.

You mean the guy who quit on Atlanta?

Yes, that guy. I wouldn't hire him as a head coach, but being a coordinator is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT job.

You can disagree with my idea, but anybody who thinks this idea is a joke is speaking out of ignorance.

some people assume thats Orton anyway, but dont believe he can do the job. So we just kept him because of his awesomeness. Of which he hasnt displayed any of, because we all are expert coaches. So we know. And as old 80 cartoons have taught us, knowing is half the battle.

I don't think you're joking at all. In fact, I think you're dead serious.

We should just hire ditka.

He will find us a running back even if he has to trade our whole draft to do it.

And he yells a lot.

So Shining Star, does the Coughlin quote qualify as "NFL proof"?
