Some minor tweaks

Just 1 week, but a few adjustments I feel the team should consider:

-Kneeland has earned the right to start. Fowler was a liability against the run.
-Give more snaps to James Houston, he is a legitimate play maker
-Consider taking Sanborn off the field in obvious passing situations with either the more athletic Marist or James
-Give Stewart an opportunity to start at nickel, Eagles were targeting Elam
-Replace Sanders with Blue at RB #2. Sanders the veteran was a big part in the team's loss with his fumble
-Replace Tolbert with Flournoy, who is the best overall player
-Consider using Luepke more then using the 2 TE sets

He is selling out for sack stats so he can earn a payday next year.

Many Edge players do the same, we need more of a balanced DE like Kneeland. Yes, he won't offer the same rush abilities, but he will do his job.

If anyone was on the draft zone, I was a huge supporter of UCLA's, LB Swes. He was the most instinctual linebacker in the entire class, Sean Lee level. We need that type of backer on this defense.

Agree. We need a Defensive End, not another edge rusher, especially with Coach/Scout Jerry’s new philosophy of stopping the run being important (or the lip service thereof, whichever fits the current narrative he is trying to sell).

Elam had a good game overall. He gave up a big downfield completion, but not much else, and he was quick to tackle on any reception against him. He is the corner to attack in this secondary, but I didn't see any egregious issues other than the long completion.

I'm not as sold on Flournoy as you seem to be. I think he's a grass-is-greener player where fans just assume he's going to be better.

I agree with most of what you've written, though, at least based on this game.
