I think it’s important to separate the players or team from the dysfunctional organization.

Jerry and how he runs Cowboys football is a joke. It provides an obstacle, hindrance and handicap other teams aren’t challenged to overcome.

For 60 minutes 16 weeks a year and hopefully more our players appear to perform the best they can under the circumstances.

It’s not our teams fault they have poor leadership and usually lesser coaching who aren’t building a better team addressing the areas of concern which are holding us back , along with a better culture and atmosphere for success.

You are right. There have been a lot of rosters pass thru Dallas the past quarter of a century and Jerry is the only constant. A quarter of a century is an eternity to not have won a measly div playoff game.
