Some serious road graders on the offensive line

Probably bad? From 322 to 335?
For a Center, yes. Those are big offensive tackle weights. 335 would make him one of the largest, if not the largest interior linemen in the NFL. There's a reason why those guys aren't big. He needs to be able to bend and move.

These are some weaknesses from his draft profile:
  • Short arms will allow NFL rushers to get into his frame.
  • Lacks ideal range and responsive athleticism in pass protection.
  • Doesn't have the snap quickness necessary to make back-side cutoffs.
  • Can be slow getting out and around the corner when asked to pull.
  • Inconsistent hand placement and grip hinder block sustain.

Gaining more weight won't help him with these issues, especially playing center. With that said, about the only thing I trust this organization to do is develop their offensive line players, so I think he will be just fine.
