And he'll go to another team and field a top defense. When you see former coordinators like Mike Zimmer, Wade Phillips, Rob Ryan having success elsewhere...I don't think it's the coordinator that is the issue every year. It's the guy drafting and putting these players on the field. The only time we really had a poor coordinator was Brian Stewart

Only thing is Zimmer and Phillips had success here also, and I think Ryan would have if he didn't lose half his starters......For what its worth I would love to see Jerry overpay and bring back Zimmer next year.

Dallas has always had success as a 4-3 defense, so naturally thats what I want to see.
That being said, we didn't have enough impact players to play ryan's type of 3-4, and don't have enough to play kiffen's 4-3.

We have gotten killed two weeks in a row by backs out of the backfield. I can understand not giving up the deep stuff, but come on make an adjustment.
