I'm just going to call it now. By the time the draft arrives, running back will completely be a non issue and an area of strength freeing us up to focus primarily on defense.

Gee, what could that be code for? I'm going to put on my thinking cap and see if I can't decipher what you're actually trying to say. Probably will take me All Day.

lmao I love that you hate him. Oh the memories....

Blue Star loved him and you hated him...lol
I don't *really* hate Terrell Owens. I simply wouldn't piss on him if he set himself on fire. Big difference. ;)

You just have to love what our front office is doing. They know that we endured several years of thinking Tony Romo's arm was the focal point of our offense. They know that all changed last year when we finally achieved the ever elusive "balance" I had harped on for years. Then craziness happened. The balance was shifted when Demarco went to Filthy.

Well. Let me just say it loudly. They won't make it obvious because they're finally operating like a world class front office BUT today's move has everything to do with solidifying that rb position. No one can convince me otherwise. Sit back and enjoy the ride folks. Thr next big splash is just around the bend.

Randomly restructuring Tony weeks after it could have been orchestrated to keep Demarco... Yeah. It's about to get really good.

Get it willie!

I love the silent approach. When you don't announce what you're doing, you eliminate the prospect of having to justify failure if it doesn't happen. It's crazy to publicize what you're doing cause all you accomplish is drawing other team's interest and the creating more competition. Cloak and dagger baby! Keep it under your lid.

I would settle for Spencer, want no part of a unnamed RB for $15M a year, would dent my good feelings about this off season.

I understand Dallas needs the cap room from the Romo restructure to sign their draft picks and cover the McClain and Hardy signings..BUT...there's still some room left and an extra $8 million can come from designating Brandon Carr a post-June 1 cut (which they can do anytime). A new Dez deal also opens moderate space.

Maybe something big is brewing...if not a trade for oh-what's -his -name, maybe somebody else??

Wouldn't need cap space for a Dez contract. His signing bonus would be spread out evenly among the years signed. Meaning that if Dez signs a long term contract, it would lower his cap hit for this upcoming season and give us even more cap space.

That does make sense. That is also why I said, "with a large signing bonus this year." In the event they want to keep all the cap flexibility for the coming years they've been tirelessly working towards.

Loved the one with Rodan in it. Killer movies. All those Asians running around. Looks like my wife (Chinese) trying to get ready for a part or in the kitchen preparing a meal.

They always make me laugh. The way they cut from creature to creature and the cheesey costumes and pyrotechnics. I cannot stop giggling through most viewings.

I take it your old lady doesn't read CZ.

I really, really hope you are not holding your breath. What you think is gonna happen, ain't gonna happen. They needed that space for Hardy, McClain, the rookies and, possibly, Spencer.

I agree.. but The Fan is blowing up over this. Jobberone is correct. We've been hit over the head with this so much so not mentioning any names. But the timing to make such a move that doesn't need to be made at this time is intriguing.

Is this a way of saying we're getting you know who without getting this thread moved? Seems like it to me.

I love our new front office. They're operating like highly experienced surgeons.
