Something I noticed with Dak

No QB does it by himself but you obviously know this, only choosing to ignore it. I guess 9 straight wins is all because the OL too?? If this was the case, it would have happened in 2014 with same OL and OPOY (Murray) and Romo. Instead of being petty, revel in this historic winning streak. Cowboys winning championship is the goal right?

The OP is about the difference in the first half and the second or IOW what changed such that our offense improved.

It's not like Dak continued to be pressured and started maintaining his mechanical integrity. That would have been the difference if that were the case. The case instead was the OL started picking up twists/stunts and contained Suggs who was a force in the first several drives.

I am enjoying the win greatly. I think the team played extremely well. That doesn't mean that I am just going to mindlessly gush and ignore reality. It should be obvious at this point that I enjoy arguing too. I don't get mad or otherwise stressed out doing it.

Or 3. Accept Dak, hope for the best, and can realize he is going to make mistakes and hope he continues to improve.

Dak is playing unbelievably well and out of his mind for a rookie. But apparently saying he was anything but perfect isn't acceptable for some people here.

Well I noticed that Dak was nice enough to go pick up his cup after he whiffed a basket on the trashcan.

'Atta boy.

It was a terrible throw of the cup.

But cleaned it up and layed it in nicely on the second go around.

Exactly Kaiser it seems that some people are just too nit picky and it's becoming very annoying to say the least. You got some fans here complaining about his footwork, and misfired passes in the first half and yet he still put up 301yds and 3TDs and the most important part no Ints imo some of the "fans" that is doing this nit picking should turn in their fan cards immediately.

how far away was the trash can?
was it one of those huge trash cans with a 3 foot diameter?

was the cup aerodynamically stable or a flimsy paper cup?
it is a big concern if it was aerodynamically stable and yet he missed it by a mile.
may be it will give us an idea why he misses high often.

were his feet set in good form or was he again stepping backwards.

or was zeke harrassing him again?
it is a bigger worry if he was not being rushed and yet he missed such a short throw.

Just to throw it out there, Dak now has 21TD's (total) and only 2INT's.
That is totally unheard of for a rookie QB some won't be satisfied until he has the type of game where he throws multiple Ints and then they will come out of the wood works and say how right they were about him not being the answer at QB the team is on a 9 game winning streak what else do they want him to do the constant nit picking is very petty.

He was sitting down and made the attempt semi behind the back. It was a ringer and spun out at the last second so it was an accurate pass. Although it wasn't a great pass the trash can should have made the play. I mean professional trash cans at this level should haul it in especially when they get their hands on the cup like that.

wow, he was not being rushed.
he was sitting down so throwing in bad form. not good.
behind the back, careless and may lead to ints.
trash can did not open wide enough, but that is no excuse.
sounds like dak is regressing.

I wouldn't look too much into it. It was just a routine drop.

Time to take out the trash and move on.

Not to nitpick, but he is actually 17-2, which is still stellar considering he is a rookie:
67.7 %
2,640 yds
17 td
2 int
108.6 rating (through 10 games)
