LOL. I'm guessing that in a few of those games Zeke comes off the bench to make a last second defensive stop of some kind. Or he blocks an attempted game winning FG.

3 games on the road at Carolina, Seattle, Houston? You are on drugs. And the Giants have improved a lot in the offseason and are getting their stud WR back and an all world running back as a rookie.
Seattle is horrible. They don’t matchup well against us at all. Carolina defence missing Davis doesn’t scare me at all. And Houston? That will be a test but ya run the ball down their throats and they cave

Hey all.

So I see a lot of negativity which is to be expected after the last 22 years. I figured what I am about to propose would be a fun activity to engage everyone and maybe get people thinking outside of the box a little.

I challenge all of you instead of doing a win loss column for our upcoming season. Pick the winning team AND who the GAME BALL will be going to if the Cowboys are to win. I will start.

Carolina-Win-Game ball. Jaylon Smith-I have a feeling this kid is about to have a monster year and justify the pick.

Giants-W-Game ball-Sean Lee-Barkley has his worst career day because the General takes him down at every opportunity and the Giants O-Line cant hold up.

Seahawks-W-Game ball-Zeke-I think by now Zeke has built his momentum and has a crazy day for 2 TDs on the ground and 1 long screen to the house.

Lions-W-Game ball Dak

Houston-W-Game ball D-Law

Jacksonville-Loss

Commanders-W-Dak

Tennessee-L

Atlanta-W-Game ball Zeke

Commanders-W-Game ball Gallup

New Orleans-L

Eagles-W-Game ball Zeke

Colts-W-Game ball Gallup

TB-W-Game ball Dak

Giants-W-Game ball Zeke

Record of 12-4 with Zeke and Dak back in the MVP talks.

I like it, and I think we can do it. That would be a terrific season.

Sure, whatever you say. Do you think our passing game scares anyone? How about our run defense? Our secondary? How many mistakes is V going to make his first game? Heath and Woods? Give me a break. ALL of these games are 50/50 either way until something is proven. To say 5-0 without even seeing preseason, injuries, and with 3 road games is just plain homerish.

You obviously know nothing about Houston. That young QB can win a game by himself. Its on the road and Watt will be back.

Seattle beat us last year in a do or die game for us, or dont you remember?

I do remember. I think you are way underselling our receivers and our young secondary with a new coach behind them. And you think watt will be healthy come game 4?

I think predicting 5-0 is way over the top. They are as likely to go 2-3 as they are 5-0. 3 games on the road.

@ Carolina - W - Dak - this is the game that shows what we have in Dak in contrast to what Car has in Cam. Demeanor and poise will win this one. Guess who has it?
NY - W - Zeke - The first meeting of Zeke and Saquon. Advantage, Zeke.
@ SEA - L - Wilson pulls a rabbit out of a hat. Take that Richard.
DET - W - Hurns steps up as our #1.
@ Houston - L - Watt and Clowney bring our big boys back to reality.
JAX - W - Sacksonville get our full attention here. O-line as a group are mvps.
@ Wash - W - Dak goes head to head with his positional doppelganger and comes out on top.
Ten - W - Zeke leads the way.
@ Phil - L - Phi uses the run as we should leaving us out of time in the end.
@ Atl - W - Payback one of the new guys steps up here. my guess is LVE.
Wash - W - Dak rolls again.
NO - L - Brees and Kamara are too much for our D.
Phil - W - JG learns his lesson and Zeke keeps Wentz and co sidelined.
@ Ind - W - Whoever our TE is get his chance to shine.
TB - W - Jaylon eats W's
@ NYG - W - Dak is mvp as we tune up on the way to the playoffs.

:starspin:

@ CAR - WIN & ZEKE (99 TOUGH yards and (2) TDs)

NY - WIN & AUSTIN (4 RECs for 85 yards and a score plus a 65 yards punt return for a score)

@ SEA - LOSS & LEE (20 Tackles in losing effort)

DET - WIN & EARL THOMAS (Pick to seal the game)

@ HOU - WIN & TYRON (Pre-game JJ Watt hype all for not)

JAX - LOSS [JAGS 6 COWBOYS 5] & LEE (Another 20 tackles plus a safety in a losing effort)

@ WSH - WIN & DAK (First game of the year that he eclipses 300 yards in the air plus (2) TDs)

TEN - WIN & ZEKE (220 Yards on the ground plus (3) scores and 5 receptions for 88 yards (FOR DEZ) and a score)

@ PHI - LOSS & ME (Because no one else deserves consideration after this pathetic loss)

@ ATL - LOSS & CHAZ (For Atlanta's MVP for the 2nd time in two years)

WSH - WIN & GARRETT (For catching the flu and having to miss the game)

NO - LOSS & ZACH MARTIN (No sacks allowed, (1) fumble recovery and for touching the ball more times than Zeke. Clappy states that game dictated Dak to throw over 50 attempts.)

PHI - WIN & ZEKE (To make-up for another sad coaching display, Clappy ensures that Zeke gets 30+ carries and he's rewarded with a 250 yard & (4) TD performance)

@ IND - WIN & DAK (Clappy changes 'it up' and unleashes Dak and 'rests' Zeke. If it weren't for a terrible Colts team, Clappy may have to answer as to why he changed 'it up' after last weeks dominance of the running game)

TB - WIN & JERRY (For telling Clappy that he still doesn't look well and then demanding that he stay home, eat some chicken noodle soup and to stay under his so called f'ing blankie)

@ NYG - WIN & RUSH (250 yards in the air & (2) scores plus 65 yards on the ground & a score)

11 WINS AND 5 LOSSES

I think the O-Line gets a lot of game balls this year. And we will be surprised to see our D-Lline get a few. If our DT position holds up.
