Something nobody is talking about. do we win with Joey Porter

I don't see you in all the anti-Dak threads telling people to chill because it was total team loss? Just admit you're part of the Anti-Dak Cult Snowflakes.
I'm absolutely anti-Dak. But you know what I don't do? I don't blame him for the losses. Find a post of mine where I did and I will gladly eat the crow

It might have. We will never know though. Maybe Porter INT's that pass and takes it in for a score too. For me, this was a total team loss from top to bottom and probably the worst regular season loss in a loooong time. Maybe since the Broncos at home going down 30-0 to a not so good team. Fangio always had a solid defense though and that game he drew up the blueprint to stop or slow down Dak. Fake blitz drop into zone coverage. We've seen many teams try that, but you need to be a well-coached team with smart minded players to make it work. We saw Tampa do that a few times.
That loss to Arizona at home last season was pretty terrible.

What about the 3 million rushing yards given up?
Or the $60M man could have found a way to go more than 3/4th of the game without scoring.
Nope.... it was the receivers and the tip balls. Those were 2 scoring possessions, would've certainly made the difference.
No reason to pick and choose......all 3 phases of the team are either anemic or inconsistent.

Throw a grenade at the problems and yall are sure to hit a defective component

Hmm This doesn't smell right. You're part of the Anti-Dak Cult here but you don't blame him for the loses? Since you served, the dude refused to get on a knee and said there's better ways. The dude picked up trash. He loves being a Cowboys player who wears a real Cowboy hat. So tell me why you don't like him. The only reason NOT to like him is because of all his losses being one of the main players for our team.

Since we're a Marine (all branches, actually) family I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. If you don't blame him for the loses than I don't understand you being Anti-Dak then. Help a brother out here.

This team is bad. No way would it matter. Stupid trade for a rental. Just Another off-season of contract negotiations for Ol Jerry. Should have agreed to a new contract before the trade. Either way he can't help this team. Elite coaching would help however.

Of course it's never Daks fault. Throws into a packed tight window. Throws high, throws behind, throws bullets 5 yards away. Dude has the touch of a blacksmith and the brains of an anvil.

Bland's last 24 games (over the past three seasons)...

11 TDs allowed
1 INT
100 of 157 passes completed against him
12.8 yards per target allowed
To be fair some of that was him olaying with a broken screw in foot.

But point is delivered just the same. Physical limitations aside, he simply lacks the requisite football acumen to play this particular scheme.

SpaceCowboys warped personal viewpoint yet again. I saw none of those things.

I saw the more evident and obvious things, like Bland, Fergusons tipped ball, and the 165 yards given up to Bucky Irvin.

Maybe WE would have won with Baker Mayfield. :muttley:
Balls gonna get tipped in the air with Mayfield throwing too, so nice theory but again totally incorrect. Not that you're usually correct or I'd pay more attention to you, but I usually just glance past your name.
