Somebody had mentioned Pat Summerall doing the game today for FOX.

Tomorrow's game fo us has a playoff feel, and while Summerall wont be doing that game, we can enjoy this and hope for similar results. I think this is the best intro to a sports event on TV ever:

No, the one for the 1994 NFC Championship game was horrible. I can't find the video; Youtube probably sacked it. But it was really pitiful and another example of why FOX shouldn't have any NFL coverage whatsoever.

I agree, very smooth delivery and great, easy-on-the-ears voice. I miss him doing the Cowboys' games.

I listened to him call a preseason game with Brad Sham a few years ago. It was awesome! Both are super easy on the ears, and they made an outstanding duo.
